here are some photos from our snow storm on Sunday...the first was around 1 p.m. then 2:30 then 4:00 p.m. followed by the day after (notice how Tony plowed up the snow...the kids'll be playing on that for awhile!). There was also lots of drifting, so it's kinda deceptive looking at the photos. The previous day...there WAS no snow! I thought of taking a "pre-storm" photo then promptly forgot about it! And yes, those ARE dead sunflowers in the photos that you're looking at. I never got around to pulling them out of the ground before the first hard frost.....

brr-r-r-r-r That looks so cold! The wind chill factor is what really made me cold when I saw it was -37 at one point. That's about 100 degrees too cold for my old bones.
